We partnered with a leading healthcare software provider to revamp their data dashboard's UX/UI, aiming to enhance usability and support expansion into North America. Through five weeks of user research and iterative testing, we developed a role-based interface featuring streamlined incident reporting, customisable dashboards, and intuitive reporting tools. The redesign improved data accessibility and decision-making for healthcare professionals such as compliance, aligning with user needs and driving positive adoption and growth for everyone involved.
