Book cover design. In this novel set during the 1962 World Cup in Chile, a sports commentator controls living beings with his voice. He uses his vocal powers to influence the outcomes of Chile's matches. A story of intrigue and action emerges as the commentator’s narrative influences more than just soccer. An overhead view of a foosball table references the commentator’s vocal powers that control the soccer players’ actions. The author and translator names are set upside down, facing each other, as if the type is two opposing teams on the field about to start a match.
