Starting from 2004 by Pingtung Peace Church, "The Legend of VICTOR" is a brand aiming to help young adults put goals into actions, develop honest personalities, and find keys of team working and leadership. "VICTOR" is an initialism that stands for Vision, Integrity, Commitment, Training, Obedience, and Responsibility.2020, VICTOR hosts camps and training programmes to spread these messages and bring positive thoughts. we chose green that’s widely used in directional signs as VICTOR’s visual identity colour. Meanwhile, elements like graffiti, stickers and collages are widely used in design.

MooC Chen, born in 1991, a Film Director and Graphic Designer based in Taiwan. During the school years, MooC focus on graphic design, film making and digital animation. In 2016, he get the ?38th Golden Harvest Award?.MooC is the Media Director of PPC (Pingtung Peace Church) since 2015. He leads many design projects of church, company, agency and events.
