This design project introduces a new and creative approach into IKEA's strategy. IKEA's user journey influences customers to purchase products they never considered to buy in the first place! However, this also inputs a common problem.The overall user journey could affect an individual's physical and emotional experience, which leads to discomfort. This is where the activation begins.Using treasure hunting as a gamification genre, IKEA Members can participate in a unique, fun and engaging experience made just for them in IKEA AFTERDARK.
