NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) engaged Starfish to develop a campaign to showcase the value of the revolutionary ACCESS HRA app (provides New Yorkers mobile-access to benefits). Starfish leveraged a simple, animated design and engaging, accessible headlines to resonate with a diverse target audience. The success of this campaign prompted an additional campaign request for the NYC LGBTQI Food Insecurity Initiative. Starfish built onto the ACCESS HRA design template with photography of this specific target audience. Campaigns were activated in print, digital, OOH, and video channels.
