Medicaid is an important feature of the American social welfare system. With nearly 16 million disabled and elderly citizens enrolled, a major roadblock in the system is its complex eligibility determination process. Enrollments to the program have suffered as a consequence in several states.A leading healthcare consultant, our client looked to build an improvised application interface for their agents and applicants. This would help streamline the lengthy and complex process and help senior citizens reap the deserved benefits of assisted medical care – nothing less than a revolution.
