Born from Nature, Shaped by Aesthetics.In our fast-paced world, we long to reconnect with nature. The staghorn fern, with its sculptural form and global adaptability, embodies resilience and vitality—qualities that inspire our design philosophy. We aim to bring this organic strength into daily life, offering natural calm in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Our brand name Onboarding (rù zhí) plays on the homophone for “starting a job,” symbolizing plant care as both a new journey and identity—where growing a fern becomes growing oneself.
