Numa is an immersive design solution that transforms elevators into calming, emotionally aware spaces. Informed by psychological insights and a survey of 317 participants, it uses high-brightness projection, spatial mapping, and bio-sensory cues to create nature-based scenes that align with autonomic responses and guide breathing. With adaptive daily and emergency modes, Numa offers quiet presence and support, reframing vertical transit as an opportunity for digital care and empathy.
