For the first time in forever, beds were lying empty in UNSW accommodation. We used video content on social platforms to tell the story of life in UNSW accommodation through the eyes of a first-year. The creative was used across social, digital and print assets. We also developed a responsive quiz that matched students’ preferences and personalities to the right accommodation using psychographic variables. Students were prompted via targeted digital display and social ads with results delivered via web and EDM. The campaign delivered a 14:1 ROI and hit 251% of the leads targets.
