The restaurant is a refurbished 1930s house in downtown Taipei. The owner has searched for our culinary roots and heritage by consulting master chefs and old recipes, and embraced innovative cooking techniques and concepts for modern local cuisines. We carry out the same concept in space design to make the classic, traditional taste in memory. We focus on the balance between people and environment, and less production as orientation. The historical objects retained during construction, like the dishes tasted here, carry the fusion of culture and revival the cuisines, memory and splendor of the 1930s.
