Ines Haitzinger: I am CMO and co-founder of The Branx, the top startup branding agency for tech companies. Over the years, we have developed deep expertise in addressing the challenges and opportunities of fast-paced markets. We have partnered with over 90 tech startups across the US, Canada, the UK, and Western Europe, blending strategic insights, bold creativity, and close collaboration to craft brands that resonate and drive growth.
Ines Haitzinger: The goal was to distill a clear yet ambitious mission: connecting talent with job opportunities through AI and machine learning. We needed to simplify this complex offering for diverse audiences, including talent, educational institutions, and HR teams. By creating a cohesive brand identity and intuitive website, we turned their messaging into a visually compelling narrative that emphasized the impact of their technology on workforce success.

Ines Haitzinger: We were inspired by AstrumU’s vision to redefine skills recognition in a rapidly changing talent market. Their mission to empower individuals and businesses aligned with our belief in design’s power to amplify bold ideas. That shared vision became the foundation for our branding process.
Ines Haitzinger: Balancing the technical complexity of AstrumU’s AI platform with a clear message was a major challenge. We worked closely with the AstrumU team to distill their unique value proposition, ensuring the branding spoke to both B2B and B2C users. Through workshops and iterative feedback loops, we created a sophisticated yet approachable visual language that made complex ideas accessible.

Ines Haitzinger: At The Branx, our passion lies in helping game-changing startups articulate their purpose, stand out in crowded markets, and make impact. We have refined our creative process to blend strategic rigor with bold imagination, enabling clients to scale their brands efficiently while staying authentic.
Ines Haitzinger: Immersed in the tech startup ecosystem, we prioritize staying current on AI trends. We view AI as an enablement tool that augments our ability to analyze data, iterate ideas, and streamline workflows. While AI handles process-driven tasks, human creativity remains irreplaceable and drives our most strategic work.
Ines Haitzinger: Continuous growth is vital. We seek inspiration both within and outside the branding and tech sectors, keeping our work fresh and diverse.
Ines Haitzinger: Inspiration comes from everywhere, from technology and art to nature. At The Branx, creativity thrives through teamwork and a curiosity for bold, unconventional ideas. This interplay of strategy and imagination yields our most impactful results.
Ines Haitzinger: We draw inspiration from innovators like Jeff Bezos and Steve Jobs for their leadership, Rafael Nadal for ambition, and designers such as Dieter Rams, whose principle of less but better highlights user-centric simplicity.
Ines Haitzinger: Every branding project begins with an immersive deep dive into the client’s mission, audience, and goals. Our process blends the client’s tech expertise with our branding expertise, ensuring solutions that serve their needs and exceed expectations without relying on personal ego.
Ines Haitzinger: We are deeply honored. This recognition validates our team’s dedication and the innovative spirit of the tech startups we partner with, underscoring the impact thoughtful branding can have.
