Ron Ceballos is the Chief Creative Officer and owner of Resist Comfort, LLC. An idea and consultancy born from never wanting to be satiated with the status quo. A thought he embodied early in his career to keep pushing the limits of creativity in an ever-changing world.
Most recently before starting his own consultancy, Ron was the Executive Creative Director for the West Coast of the RAPP Worldwide advertising conglomerate, based between Los Angeles and San Francisco. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, his skill set ranges from global brand strategy to Super Bowl broadcast TV to apps and everything digitally in-between.
Ron has won numerous awards leading creative on more than 60 brands including Oreo, Canon, Hot Wheels, Viking Cruises, DirecTV, HP, E*Trade, the NFL and many more.
Ron Ceballos was the Global Digital Creative Director for Pantene, developing digital platforms that impacted 117 agencies worldwide, Executive Creative Director on the global re-launch of the Paige Denim Brand, Digital Creative Director for E*Trade. Working closely with Tor Myhren, global CCO and President of Grey Worldwide, Ron Ceballos helped win the Diageo Don Julio account and Ketel One agency of record, Botox Migraine account, 3M CHIM business, Polident, and Ally Bank agency of record.
Trading creative for a new business hat, his relationship building brought in all 11 properties of the NFL— the first time in history a single agency has held this position.
Ron Ceballos won Grey’s first FWA award for the Hess Express games he directed. He was featured on CNN for a panel on race in politics for an infamous image of a white Obama and black McCain, that when released was seen by 56 million people within 4 days.
